Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?+
In-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days via PostNet or Courier Guy Locker. Pre-order shoes ship in 3–4 weeks, subject to factory availability. Delivery is included in the price — nationwide, no extras.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email from PostNet or Courier Guy. You can also email sales@luxiaojun.co.za with your order reference (LXJ-####) and we'll come back to you the same business day.
Can I collect from a PostNet or Courier Guy Locker?+
Yes — that's how we deliver. Pick your preferred locker at checkout and you'll get a collection code via SMS once your order arrives. Most lockers hold parcels for 36 hours before sending them back to depot, so collect promptly.
Sizing & Fit
Should I size up or down from my running shoes?+
Order your true running or training shoe size for a snug, performance fit. They should feel locked-in but not crushing. If you train in thick padded socks and find yourself between sizes, size up to the next UK size.
Do you offer half sizes?+
No — we list whole UK sizes 5 to 11. Measure heel-to-toe and pick from the size chart; if you're between sizes, size up. Need an in-between size? Email us and we can often source it on request. The wrapping strap system locks the midfoot down even if the toe box feels slightly roomy.
What if I have wide or narrow feet?+
They sit between the Adidas Adipower (narrower) and the Nike Romaleos (wider) — comfortable for most lifters at true size. Genuinely wide feet (4E+) should size up half. Narrow feet can rely on the straps to take up the slack.
Can I use these for CrossFit, running, or deadlifts?+
Yes for CrossFit lifts (cleans, snatches, front squats, jerks, OHP, wall balls), heavy back squats, and Olympic lifting. No for running or box jumps — the rigid TPU sole is built for stability, not impact. For deadlifts most lifters prefer a flat sole, but they still work fine if you're warming up or doing block pulls.
Using Your Lifters
What's the heel drop and why does it matter?+
The heel measures 24.22–27.78 mm depending on size. The elevated heel improves ankle range of motion in the squat, lets you stay more upright through the lift, and transfers force more directly into the bar. It's the difference between hitting depth comfortably and grinding for it.
Is there a break-in period?+
The first 2–3 sessions will feel firm — the high-density TPU heel and microfiber upper need a short break-in. After that they shape to your foot and stay there. Don't write them off after one session if they feel stiff; that's normal for a competition-grade lifter.
How do I care for them?+
Wipe the upper with a damp cloth after sweaty or chalky sessions. Never machine-wash. Store somewhere cool and dry — humidity ages the microfiber faster than anything else. Treated well, a pair lasts 3–5 years of serious training.

What payment methods do you accept?+
PayFast for secure online checkout — card, Instant EFT, Capitec Pay, SnapScan, Zapper, Apple/Google Pay. Or direct EFT to our FNB account if you prefer to pay manually from your banking app. Your order is reserved when you place it and confirmed once payment lands. Pre-orders are charged the same way at order time.
What's your return policy?+
Under the Consumer Protection Act you have 7 days from delivery to return unworn shoes in original packaging — customer covers return shipping. Defective shoes can be returned within 6 months for repair, replacement, or refund — we cover return shipping. To start a return, email sales@luxiaojun.co.za with your order reference (LXJ-####) and a short note on the reason.
